Audit transactions, maintain accounting controls, complete quality checklists, update cover memos, respond to financial inquiries, support month-end and year-end close, and participate in internal and external audits.

Provide advanced technical support and configuration for Onits SaaS legal operations platform. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, optimize performance, advise clients on best practices, collaborate with Engineering and Product teams, and drive product improvements based on client feedback.

Lead monthly general ledger close, record journal entries, reconcile bank/accounts, prepare and review financial statements, perform variance and ad hoc analyses, ensure GAAP compliance, and support management reporting.

Serve as a strategic partner to enterprise financial clients by delivering advertising analytics, competitive intelligence, and macro-level market insights. Analyze advertising activity across channels, customize datasets, build client-tailored reporting, validate data integrity, and lead client-facing presentations and consulting to translate insights into strategic recommendations.
