Leads Huge’s Product Strategy practice for major client engagements, managing and mentoring product teams, defining roadmaps, improving product management processes, pitching new work, and championing product strategy best practices. Partners with UX, design, engineering, and executive stakeholders to launch and refine innovative digital products through user testing, data analysis, and iterative improvement. Builds methodologies, drives organizational change, and develops product management capabilities across the agency.

Own and evolve Swyfft’s partner-facing insurance API, including resource design, versioning, backward compatibility, authentication, rate limiting, error handling, metrics, documentation, and contract testing. Build production C# code, maintain the translation layer between public APIs and internal systems, support partner integrations, and collaborate with QA and product. The role requires substantial public API experience, strong API security and multi-tenancy knowledge, and fluency in C#, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, and Azure.
