Owns Payscale’s website growth across SEO, AI search visibility, CRO, analytics, and conversion optimization. Responsibilities include technical SEO, keyword strategy, AEO, landing-page performance analysis, A/B and multivariate testing, Webflow implementation, GA4 and GTM reporting, dashboard development, funnel analysis, and AI-assisted insights. Owns employee engagement program execution, including annual company offsites, department gatherings, vendor and contract management, budgets, travel safety, recognition fulfillment, inclusion events, and program administration. Builds scalable planning tools and automations using AI, coordinates stakeholders, tracks participation and costs, and evaluates programs through engagement and feedback metrics. Requires strong organization, communication, judgment with confidential information, and experience managing large events end to end.

Performs cybersecurity risk assessments, compliance reviews, audits, and RMF/ATO support for federal systems. Identifies vulnerabilities, control gaps, and compliance deficiencies; develops mitigation strategies, remediation reports, risk analyses, and traceability matrices. Coordinates with government stakeholders, auditors, system owners, engineers, and vendors. Maintains cybersecurity policies, evidence, findings, dashboards, and risk records while monitoring remediation and evolving federal requirements. The role may include occasional onsite visits and support for third-party and supply-chain risk management.
