Lead end-to-end integrations of FORT wireless E-Stop and remote-control products into AGVs, AMRs, and automation platforms. Design integration architectures, ensure functional safety compliance, troubleshoot on-site issues, and influence product roadmap. Serve as a technical escalation point, create integration guides, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn field insights into product improvements.

Provide advanced Tier 3 Vertica support: independently troubleshoot escalated customer issues, perform root-cause analysis and performance tuning, use Vertica Management Console, mentor junior engineers, and work with Linux, SQL, cloud object storage, networking, and Kubernetes.

Lead and improve the firms docketing operations: manage docketing strategy and team, audit cases, ensure accurate date calculations and e-filing across federal and state systems, develop policies and metrics, interact with courts and vendors, and provide quality control and reporting to attorneys and Litigation Support.
