Own the company’s social media and content presence across major platforms. Provides non-phone customer and operational support through email, direct mail, faxes, and internal tickets. Resolves account issues, disputes, and chargebacks; posts payments accurately; conducts call quality assurance; follows regulated processes and compliance timelines; and identifies process improvements while managing multiple responsibilities independently.

Develops new B2B healthcare sales relationships across the Eastern U.S., engaging hospital and healthcare stakeholders. Builds account relationships, navigates hospital decision-making, presents clinical and scientific product benefits, achieves sales targets, uses CRM data, and generates leads through trade shows and conferences.
