Develop production software for maritime route optimization, vessel performance and fuel-consumption modeling, voyage analysis, simulation, and route evaluation. Build and improve optimization algorithms, APIs, services, testing, and explainable recommendation systems using Rust and Python. Provides non-phone customer and operational support through email, direct mail, faxes, and internal tickets. Resolves account issues, disputes, and chargebacks; posts payments accurately; conducts call quality assurance; follows regulated processes and compliance timelines; and identifies process improvements while managing multiple responsibilities independently.

Develops new B2B healthcare sales relationships across the Eastern U.S., engaging hospital and healthcare stakeholders. Builds account relationships, navigates hospital decision-making, presents clinical and scientific product benefits, achieves sales targets, uses CRM data, and generates leads through trade shows and conferences. Requires frequent domestic and occasional international travel, strong communication and organizational skills, healthcare market knowledge, technology aptitude, and valid driving credentials.

Develop and execute channel strategies for education reseller partners across an assigned territory. Build and operate AI agent systems with customer engineering teams, helping move prototypes into reliable production systems. Design agents, improve evaluations, monitoring, scaling, and reliability, and train customers on the Mastra framework. Translate recurring customer challenges into open-source framework improvements, fix performance issues, ship new primitives, improve code quality, and influence the product roadmap through production insights.

Make outbound prospecting calls and use sales tools to identify decision-makers, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for Account Executives. Manage inbound leads with marketing, meet monthly opportunity quotas, and use Outreach/ZoomInfo/LinkedIn to build pipeline and engage executives. Opportunity for growth into Account Executive roles.
