Manage mid- to large-scale interactive website design and development projects from discovery through implementation. Coordinate creative, design, strategy, and technology teams; manage deliverables, resources, budgets, risks, scope, and timelines; communicate with clients; oversee hybrid teams; document status and recommendations; and proactively resolve issues while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Supports the full employee lifecycle through HR administration, employee and manager support, onboarding, HRIS maintenance, reporting, compliance documentation, engagement initiatives, performance and compensation processes, policy administration, and HR projects.
