Owns the company’s BI platform and data strategy across clinical, operations, finance, and HR functions. Defines requirements, schemas, SLAs, access controls, and documentation; collaborates with data engineers on delivery; tracks adoption, quality, and business value KPIs; manages catalogs and metadata; leads sprint planning, backlog grooming, capacity, and releases; and coordinates governance, security, and compliance policies.

Build and maintain backend systems, payment integrations, data pipelines, and user experiences for Flex’s partner engineering platform. Design robust, fault-tolerant services that integrate with external dependencies, using Java, Spring, AWS, REST APIs, message queues, and scalable architectures.
