Manage an assigned US territory of long-tail accounts to drive customer expansion and revenue growth. Manage renewals, mitigate risk, identify expansion opportunities, forecast revenue, coordinate cross-functional support, deliver excellent customer communication, and drive one measurable internal improvement project per quarter after onboarding.

Manage end-to-end creative projects across campaigns and channels, build and maintain production timelines, translate concepts into workstreams, maintain Asana workflows and asset version control, coordinate vendors and budgets, produce status reporting, and improve creative processes for a part-time contract term.

Provide strategic transactional and regulatory legal advice to commercial teams, draft/review enterprise agreements (NDAs, BAAs, vendor/SaaS contracts), track healthcare and privacy regulatory changes, partner with outside counsel, and advise executive leadership on risk management and policy aligned to product and business strategy.

Drive new business and expand enterprise accounts by building C-suite and clinical/IT relationships, closing deals, collaborating with Customer Success and Marketing, maintaining SFDC forecasts, and meeting/exceeding sales targets. Extensive travel (50–80%) required.
