The role works under guidance, supports afternoon and evening programs, and may attend occasional off-campus events.

Leads Technology Solutions programs from initiation through closeout, establishing governance, managing plans, resources, vendors, risks, budgets, testing, integrations, data migration, deployment, and operational handoff. The role coordinates business, technical, executive, and vendor stakeholders; oversees system implementation and decommissioning; manages communications and change control; and delivers transparent reporting and project documentation.

Prospect through phone, email, LinkedIn, and events; identify decision-makers; understand business challenges; position solutions; lead proposals, negotiations, and deal closure. Track pipeline and performance in Salesforce, refine outreach strategies, monitor digital industry trends, and represent Codal at conferences with occasional travel.

Underwrite and monitor commercial credit facilities through financial statement analysis, due diligence, cash flow and DCF modeling, risk assessment, and portfolio management. Prepare credit packages for executive leadership, evaluate capital structures and asset risk coverage, maintain internal risk ratings, and improve credit analysis processes. Partner with stakeholders on workflow and system initiatives, conduct company and industry analysis, and train less experienced team members.

Leads full-cycle recruiting by partnering with hiring managers, HR business partners, and business leaders. Develops staffing and sourcing strategies, builds diverse talent pipelines, coordinates interviews, coaches stakeholders, manages offers and pre-employment processes, and supports onboarding. Represents the company at hiring events while ensuring consistent candidate evaluations, strong candidate communication, and a positive candidate experience across multiple functions and locations.
