Manage partner-facing support and delivery operations: proactively analyze support channels, run ticketing and scheduling systems, triage and route requests, track deployments and utilization, build self-service documentation, and work with cross-functional teams to drive issues to resolution while improving operational systems and using AI tools for queue management and reporting.

Act as the embedded operational lead for an enterprise contingent workforce program: own onboarding, classification, escalations, reporting, and client relationships while coordinating cross-functional teams and improving processes, SOPs, and tooling. Support client accounts to deliver PR and communications campaigns in the Netherlands: manage projects, run tactical media relations and content development, build journalist relationships, support pitches, and ensure programmes meet plans, budgets and client expectations.
