Lead technical engagements to drive adoption of identity and access solutions: advise customers, architect IGA/IAM/CIEM/PAM implementations, run workshops and demos, design cloud integrations (AWS/GCP/Azure), build and troubleshoot integrations using APIs/SDKs and Terraform, and evangelize identity security best practices.

Lead client engagements on benefits strategy, plan design, open enrollment, and administration.
