Design and release high-quality PCBs for a satellite communications system. Translate schematics into layouts, optimize placement and routing, manage Altium libraries, generate fabrication files, and coordinate with vendors to resolve fabrication and assembly issues.

Lead management of Finance, Legal, and HR applications (Workday, Concur, ADP, Coupa), act as IT business partner, run ERP and application implementations, manage vendors, provide production support, and coordinate with IT security and managed service providers.

Design, build, and maintain scalable medical imaging software; evaluate and integrate AI-assisted development tools; collaborate with product and engineering teams; troubleshoot clinical environments; support CI/CD, testing, and deployment; participate in pair programming and knowledge sharing.

Own end-to-end full‑stack features: design data models and clinical APIs, build backend services (TypeScript/Nest.js/Node.js on AWS), and implement React+TypeScript frontends. Deliver responsive clinical workflows, reimbursement integrations (MDS), FHIR extensions, EHR/vendor integrations, CI/CD, monitoring, and HIPAA/SOC2 readiness. Partner with clinicians, visit facilities, mentor hires, and iterate with product and design.

Provide remote administrative support including client communication, A/R and A/P processing, work order and lease management, compliance documentation, email handling, social media/marketing assistance, SOP adherence, and reporting to leadership.

Lead the US market launch by building commercial momentum, qualifying opportunities, managing deployments and robot fleet, hiring and running a local operations team, setting up US legal and facilities, and coordinating frequent transatlantic onboarding and collaboration with HQ and deployment engineers.

Provide frontline support to travel advisors via chat, email, and 1:1s; troubleshoot technical issues; become a product and AI expert; create support documentation; collaborate with product and engineering to improve workflows and automate support processes.

Own and advance internal systems that let engineers and agents ship correct Salesforce production code: autonomous coding pipelines, root-cause analysis and evals, enforced architecture via deterministic checks, local Apex test tooling, and quality/safety guardrails. Extend observability, CI/CD, and orchestration to make test-first and agentic development reliable at scale.

Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, driving adoption, renewals, upsell, and revenue growth. Act as trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, develop account plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, forecast opportunities, and lead contract negotiations to ensure long-term customer success.
