The Consultant Relations Sales Executive develops strategic relationships with consultants to advance Vanguard's institutional presence and drive growth and retention in retirement plans.

The Account Executive will drive growth by generating business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, conducting presentations, and managing the sales cycle in the K-12 education sector.

Prepare month-end and year-end financial and audit schedules, analyze general ledger and balance sheet accounts, maintain and reconcile subsidiary ledgers, prepare reports for management, resolve outstanding items, and support special projects including Brazilian accounting responsibilities.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO including calendar and travel management, board and committee meeting coordination (agendas, minutes, materials), records and contract management in institutional/compliance systems, drafting correspondence and presentations, answering calls, coordinating events and registrations, assisting with HRSA site visits and policy maintenance, and performing analytics and filing with minimal supervision.

Lead marketing strategy and execution for assigned business verticals. Plan and run integrated lifecycle, paid, organic, in-app, and brand campaigns. Develop messaging, testing strategies, analyze performance, optimize via experimentation, and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue. Leverage AI and marketing technology to improve efficiency.

Lead and deliver large-scale AI and automation projects from planning through execution. Translate business goals into actionable plans, manage cross-functional stakeholders, risks, and dependencies, drive AI evaluation programs, improve workflows and SOPs, track project metrics, partner with technical teams on automation, and mentor project coordinators.

Lead and grow product design teams for Fetch’s mobile consumer app. Drive design strategy, mentor designers, own collective roadmaps, collaborate with Product/Engineering/Research, deliver high-quality mobile UI and user-centered research, and improve cross-team design processes and team health.

Provide in-house legal counsel focused on drafting, reviewing, redlining and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts. Conduct contract audits and contract management, support global privacy/compliance initiatives, corporate governance, litigation support, vendor/supplier and lease negotiations, insurance and HR-related agreements, and liaise with outside counsel. Advise business teams to mitigate risk and support global initiatives and executive leadership on legal and operational matters.

Own regional enterprise growth by defining sales strategy, recruiting and developing Account Executives, managing territory and pipeline, enforcing forecasting discipline, and partnering with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to expand adoption of Tractian’s maintenance and reliability platform.

Manage custodian and broker operational access, permissioning, and security administration; support institutional transitions and integrations; execute projects to improve operational efficiency; prepare and reconcile data for compliance; act as point of contact for stakeholders and ensure follow-through on tasks and communication.

Lead deep technical investigations and RCA for complex SaaS issues. Read C#/.NET code, write safe SQL and stored procedures, operate within production safety guardrails, respond to alerts, create actionable engineering tickets, build tooling to reduce reactive work, mentor peers, and communicate clearly to customers and stakeholders.

Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and President: manage calendar, review bills, prepare deposit slips, compare invoices, arrange travel, track customer deposits/refunds, back up receiving/operate UPS, answer phones, and perform general office tasks requiring discretion and strong organization.
