The Digital Analytics Analyst will develop data strategies, implement analytics tools, and translate complex data into actionable insights for business impact.

Build and lead ClickHouse's global revenue enablement function focused on in-context, just-in-time delivery. Own onboarding/ramp, field activation for launches, and metrics-driven improvements (ramp time, technical win rate, time-to-value). Partner with CRO, sales engineering, product, data, and revenue systems to design tools, content, and processes; hire and develop a small technical enablement team.

You will manage GSI partnerships, drive co-sell activities, develop practice enablement programs, and build executive relationships to enhance ClickHouse's revenue.

Lead Sitecore CMS architecture and development, drive project execution, define new architectures, mentor and lead internal teams, produce thought leadership content, and support consulting engagements requiring regular travel.

Develop and implement integrated marketing and advertising plans; write and edit branded copy; lead email marketing and automation; manage agency relationships; analyze campaign performance and support budget and project management.

Handle incoming client requests across phone and email to book travel (air, car, cruises, hotels, events), provide exceptional customer service, maintain vendor relationships, sell packages and add-ons, complete required certifications and ongoing training, and work collaboratively with the team to meet client needs.

Develop Java applications with strong database development skills. Work on algorithms and distributed computing. Experience with NoSQL databases (Mongo, Cassandra) prioritized. Contract role (6+ months) based in Schaumburg, IL at $45/hr.

Perform conflicts-of-interest research and analysis by reviewing matter intake, conducting corporate and database research, running Boolean searches, identifying and summarizing potential conflicts, and coordinating findings with Compliance Lawyers while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Lead development of Java/J2EE applications using Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, and WebSphere. Work with PL/SQL, Adobe Flex, unit testing, basic Unix, and follow SDLC processes.

Drive new business for international logistics by prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing accounts. Develop strategy, perform market research, collaborate with operations for onboarding, and maintain client relationships to meet sales targets.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual fund financial statements; maintain GLs and reconciliations; calculate management fees, carried interest, allocations, and waterfalls; support NAV, capital calls, distributions and audit/tax deliverables; interpret fund governing documents; liaise with auditors/tax providers; identify process improvements and collaborate with internal teams.
