Audit transactions, maintain accounting controls, complete quality checklists, update cover memos, respond to financial inquiries, support month-end and year-end close, and participate in internal and external audits.

Provide advanced technical support and configuration for Onits SaaS legal operations platform. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, optimize performance, advise clients on best practices, collaborate with Engineering and Product teams, and drive product improvements based on client feedback.

Lead monthly general ledger close, record journal entries, reconcile bank/accounts, prepare and review financial statements, perform variance and ad hoc analyses, ensure GAAP compliance, and support management reporting.

Own and improve cloud infrastructure and CI/CD for a production platform: design IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), operate AWS services (EKS/ECS/Lambda), implement security and observability, automate operations, lead incident response, and contribute to QA automation and application reliability.

Lead end-to-end GRC client engagements, manage a pod of analysts, advise on SOC 2/ISO/NIST frameworks, develop policies, guide audits and evidence collection, and maintain client relationships to drive compliance outcomes.

Provide remote administrative support including client communication, A/R and A/P processing, work order and lease management, compliance documentation, email handling, social media/marketing assistance, SOP adherence, and reporting to leadership.

Provide day-to-day HR operational and administrative support across HR Operations and Employee Relations. Maintain employee records, support HR policies, onboarding, engagement initiatives, HR reporting, investigations, and coordination with Talent Acquisition to ensure compliant, consistent HR processes and a positive employee experience.
