The Director of Marketing is responsible for leading the marketing strategies across the Maple Hospitality Group, focusing on revenue growth, brand storytelling, and consumer engagement. This role includes overseeing digital performance, brand marketing, and partnership sales to enhance guest loyalty and market positioning.

Own the full sales cycle for inbound and self-generated opportunities, from discovery and e-commerce business diagnosis through proposals, objection handling, signatures, and payment collection. Sell monthly agency retainers to e-commerce owners, maintain accurate CRM records, follow up persistently, and coordinate with delivery teams. Success is measured primarily by cash collected, along with close rate, deal size, speed to close, and pipeline hygiene.

Develop and improve statistical and machine-learning demand forecasts, analyze forecast accuracy and drivers, manage lifecycle events and new product introductions, lead IBP/S&OP demand consensus, perform portfolio consolidation and scenario analysis, partner cross-functionally to translate commercial strategies into demand impacts, support systems and process enhancements, mentor planners, and lead forecasting transformation projects.

Leads marketing and communications for fundraising appeals and donor engagement. Writes, edits, and proofreads donor-facing content, including impact reports, direct mail, social media, speeches, articles, newsletters, and publications. Manages client relationships for a healthcare revenue cycle management company, serving as the primary communication contact and liaison with internal RCM teams. Identifies client needs and improvement opportunities, supports prospective-client presentations, manages new client implementations, and contributes to marketing and business development strategy. Build DriveWealth’s creative production engine and design operations function. Establish brand standards, intake and approval workflows, self-service asset libraries, vendor partnerships, and scalable production processes. Create graphics and materials across web, print, events, and video while supporting Sales, Relationship Management, Events, and Marketing. Lead event creative production, track operational performance, ensure compliance review, and develop delegation and review processes for a future creative team.

Owns operational execution for priority merchant accounts across China and U.S. fulfillment centers. Coordinates leadership, warehouse teams, customer success, product, and engineering; prioritizes workloads, allocates resources, maintains SOPs and SLAs, manages Jira queues, analyzes throughput and KPIs, and mentors junior staff. Requires bilingual English and Mandarin communication, 3PL fulfillment expertise, bonded and non-bonded warehouse knowledge, and leadership during peak seasons.

Leads capture planning and execution for complex, high-value pursuits. Advises senior leaders on qualification, investment, positioning, teaming, resources, and risks; coordinates cross-functional pursuit teams; facilitates strategy and go/no-go sessions; monitors milestones; maintains CRM data; manages capture-to-proposal transitions; and improves enterprise capture methods, tools, and standards.

Leads the end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM transformation, including requirements, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, data migration, integrations, UAT, go-live support, and optimization. The role serves as the subject matter expert for Project Costing, Billing, Contracts, and Project Management, while incorporating AI automation and AEC-specific project accounting, billing, revenue recognition, and retention workflows.

Lead and manage underwriting support operations for Management Liability: supervise account managers and supervisors, ensure policy issuance and renewals, enforce quality/compliance, drive process improvements and automation, partner with underwriting and technology, manage staffing, budgets and stakeholder communications.
