Entry-level Data Analyst supporting Performance & Analytics for care operations. Support Provider Operations by owning dashboards, performing ad-hoc and strategic analyses, monitoring operational metrics in real time, identifying root causes and process improvements, partnering with RevOps to build reporting, and contributing to SOPs and Voice of the Field insights to drive operational efficiency.

Manage routine customer cases for an EHR platform from intake to resolution, documenting cases in CRM, troubleshooting workflows and configurations, using AI tools to accelerate resolution, escalating complex issues, and contributing to knowledge-sharing and process improvements to enhance support quality and efficiency.

Manage onboarding, launch, and ongoing support for internal podcast programs. Advise clients on adoption and communication strategy, create support resources (FAQs, guides, templates), and build trusted client relationships to scale private audio for employee communications.

Manage day-to-day operations of enterprise IAM services (SailPoint ISC/IGA, Ping, Okta, AD), ensure platform availability and SLA adherence, lead incident and change management, vendor and stakeholder communications, track risks and metrics, and coordinate operational readiness for critical events.

Lead discovery and design workshops to translate business requirements into Dynamics 365 SCM solutions.
