Serves as the technical authority for the Salesforce platform across Sales, Service, and Community Clouds. Designs and develops Apex, Lightning, LWC, Flow, automation, integrations, and enterprise security solutions. Owns platform health, DevOps, releases, deployments, environments, support escalations, and enhancement queues. The role partners closely with Sales and helps build Vesta’s go-to-market motion and company culture.

Own and expand strategic relationships with accounting and CPA firm partners. Lead deployment, adoption, training, and continuous improvement of the Dozuki digital work-instruction platform across approximately 30 North American manufacturing facilities. Partner with Operations, Continuous Improvement, HR, and plant leaders to standardize work instructions, deliver training, coach local teams, drive user adoption, and establish governance. Support digital transformation, operational excellence, change management, and workforce development initiatives in a remote role requiring travel across the United States and Canada.

Own Kaseya’s global supply chain and procurement strategy, including planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment, inventory, warehousing, vendor governance, and cost optimization. Build the Procurement function from the ground up, lead strategic negotiations, establish spend controls and risk frameworks, oversee ERP and procurement-system implementations, develop executive dashboards, and hire and lead a global organization. Partner with Finance, Operations, Product, IT, and Customer Success while reporting to the CFO.

Supports the full employee lifecycle through HR administration, employee and manager support, onboarding, HRIS maintenance, reporting, compliance documentation, engagement initiatives, performance and compensation processes, policy administration, and HR projects. Independently manages recurring processes, coordinates stakeholders and deadlines, resolves routine HR questions, identifies issues for escalation, and improves HR workflows and employee experiences.

Supports enterprise mainframe ISV software through installation, upgrades, testing, configuration, customization, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance.
