Lead external communications for Karat’s CEO, serving as a PR and communications advisor. Own media relations, thought-leadership campaigns, executive platform development, ghostwriting, speaking strategy, media preparation, and PR agency management. The part-time role operates remotely but requires consistent schedule overlap with executives in the Greater Seattle Area.

Own large-enterprise sales growth across the Rockies territory by developing net-new and expansion opportunities, building executive relationships, creating pipeline, managing complex sales cycles, and closing cybersecurity deals. Partner with channel, alliance, presales, customer success, BDR, and marketing teams while applying MEDDPICC, maintaining accurate forecasts, planning territory strategy, and representing Semperis at industry and customer events.

Build expertise across Intapp’s product suite, synthesize client feedback into recommendations, identify expansion opportunities, and act as a trusted advisor and internal customer advocate.

Monitor customer network infrastructure, respond to alarms, manage trouble tickets, perform initial connectivity troubleshooting, and escalate complex incidents. Communicate with customers and internal teams, maintain knowledge-base documentation, improve SOPs, mentor junior analysts, and participate in an on-call rotation.
