Build and operate Leap’s post-sale client delivery engine. Responsibilities include designing scalable delivery processes, forecasting activation, savings, and revenue, automating client reporting with AI, defining analytics requirements, measuring lifecycle campaigns, supporting drug sourcing strategy, and identifying opportunities for client engagement and account expansion. Recruit design partners, validate customer needs, document decisions, communicate with executives and clients, and maintain disciplined delivery across multiple product teams.

Manage execution of high-volume international shipments across sea, air, and road. Oversee shipping documentation, coordinate freight forwarders and customs, monitor shipments, resolve disruptions, optimize logistics workflows and costs, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain reporting, and align inventory and shipping with sales and production.
