Responsibilities include supervising audits and continuous monitoring, supporting FINRA Rule 3120 reviews, managing issue escalation and remediation, representing the function on the Risk Committee, overseeing vendor, technology, and cyber-risk testing, and building and managing the Quality & Risk team.

Develop and execute a national market-development plan for aquatic chemical products. Build relationships with applicators, municipalities, irrigation districts, distributors, and water-management firms; drive sales, product adoption, education, technical positioning, customer follow-up, and market intelligence. The consultant will independently manage a national territory, support compliant product use, represent the company at industry events, and provide feedback on competition, regulations, customer needs, and registration opportunities.

Design, secure, and scale GCP cloud infrastructure supporting event-driven services, AI models, and automated releases. Maintain infrastructure as code and CI/CD automation, manage access controls and encryption, remediate penetration-test and vulnerability findings, and own monitoring, dashboards, on-call response, incident management, and performance improvements.
