The Contracts Specialist supports the Legal team across contract initiation, drafting, negotiation, execution, and administration. Build the company’s outbound top-of-funnel motion from scratch across SMB and enterprise e-commerce accounts. Responsibilities include prospecting through email, phone, LinkedIn, events, communities, and direct messages; creating account lists and ICP definitions; researching prospects; writing and testing messaging; operating AI-assisted outbound tools; qualifying opportunities; partnering with founders and AEs; and documenting repeatable sales processes.

Collect, clean, validate, and analyze operational data from multiple systems to support customer reporting and performance monitoring. Process SQL-based uploads, maintain accurate datasets, identify trends and anomalies, document reporting procedures, and create standardized workflows, dashboards, and tools.
