Analyzes healthcare data using SAS, SQL, Excel, R, Python, Tableau, and related tools to identify trends, variances, outliers, and improvement opportunities. Creates reports, dashboards, tables, and visual presentations for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Lead deployment, adoption, training, and continuous improvement of the Dozuki digital work-instruction platform across approximately 30 North American manufacturing facilities. Partner with Operations, Continuous Improvement, HR, and plant leaders to standardize work instructions, deliver training, coach local teams, drive user adoption, and establish governance. Support digital transformation, operational excellence, change management, and workforce development initiatives in a remote role requiring travel across the United States and Canada.

Own Kaseya’s global supply chain and procurement strategy, including planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment, inventory, warehousing, vendor governance, and cost optimization. Build the Procurement function from the ground up, lead strategic negotiations, establish spend controls and risk frameworks, oversee ERP and procurement-system implementations, develop executive dashboards, and hire and lead a global organization. Partner with Finance, Operations, Product, IT, and Customer Success while reporting to the CFO.

Own strategic relationships, business outcomes, renewals, upsells, and long-term growth for enterprise SaaS clients. Lead executive engagement, success planning, roadmap development, AI-informed marketing strategy, escalations, competitive positioning, and cross-functional collaboration. Serve as the senior client advocate while Solutions teams manage technical execution. The role requires frequent in-person client visits in New York City.

Supports the full employee lifecycle through HR administration, employee and manager support, onboarding, HRIS maintenance, reporting, compliance documentation, engagement initiatives, performance and compensation processes, policy administration, and HR projects. Independently manages recurring processes, coordinates stakeholders and deadlines, resolves routine HR questions, identifies issues for escalation, and improves HR workflows and employee experiences.

Provide inbound telecom customer support from a remote home office: answer calls, troubleshoot mobile and network issues, resolve billing and service inquiries, de-escalate situations, and identify sales opportunities while following quality and security standards.
