The People Analytics and HRIS Analyst develops workforce dashboards, reports, visualizations, and trend analyses using HR data. The role supports Workday reporting, configuration, data quality, governance, testing, and HRIS changes. It partners with HR leaders and business stakeholders to translate workforce questions into actionable insights related to retention, hiring, compensation, talent, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. The analyst also establishes reporting standards, ensures data security, and educates stakeholders on interpreting people analytics.

Monitor, triage, investigate, and respond to security events across enterprise and product environments. The role performs incident response, forensic analysis, detection engineering, threat intelligence, and MITRE ATT&CK coverage. It also uses AI-assisted tools, contributes to automation and LLM workflows, maintains runbooks and operational documentation, participates in on-call rotations, and supports tabletop and purple-team exercises.

Serve as a strategic advisor for dealership clients to drive product adoption, onboarding, reporting analytics, and financial analysis of warranty claims. Develop healthcare buyer value propositions, clinical and economic proof, partner collateral, referral programs, nurture campaigns, B2B demand generation, webinars, paid programs, conferences, and account-based targeting. Partner closely with commercial, partnerships, clinical, and field teams to generate institutional demand, activate new segments, improve referrals, and create measurable, repeatable partnership programs.
