The Compliance Engineer will implement compliance requirements, manage audits, automate evidence collection, and work with DevOps engineers to ensure adherence to compliance frameworks.

Lead Sitecore CMS architecture and development, drive project execution, define new architectures, mentor and lead internal teams, produce thought leadership content, and support consulting engagements requiring regular travel.

Reviews and advises on marketing and distribution materials for regulatory compliance, conducts testing and surveillance, responds to compliance inquiries and RFPs, prepares documentation for exams and due diligence, and supports process improvements and special projects within the Compliance team.

Lead integrated, digital-first marketing campaigns to drive paid attendance and earned revenue. Manage external agencies and internal creative teams, develop briefs and budgets, analyze data and KPIs, optimize campaigns (including AI use), and supervise staff to meet institutional goals.

Lead enterprise BPO new-logo sales across verticals: source and close deals, run full sales cycle, lead cross-functional pursuit teams, translate AI value to C-suite, build business cases and forecasts, represent the company externally, and feed market intelligence back into the business.

Manage multiple IT projects end-to-end, overseeing scope, schedule, quality, cost, risks and stakeholders. Develop and execute work plans, run team meetings, coordinate internal and external resources (vendors), apply Agile and Waterfall methods, use ServiceNow and PM tools, and drive adoption and continuous PMO improvements.

Serve as a pre-sales principal consultant for Adaptive ERP, leading discovery, qualification, and outcome-driven demonstrations. Partner with account executives to craft win strategies, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and articulate manufacturing and supply chain value. Act as product and industry expert throughout the sales cycle.

Manage day-to-day office operations at the 200 W. Madison office, coordinating facilities, vendors, supplies, workspace setup and onboarding/offboarding, event logistics, and vendor agreements. Maintain office procedures, inventories, and common areas while supporting employees, HR, IT, and leadership to ensure timely, professional resolution of office needs.

Handle incoming client requests across phone and email to book travel (air, car, cruises, hotels, events), provide exceptional customer service, maintain vendor relationships, sell packages and add-ons, complete required certifications and ongoing training, and work collaboratively with the team to meet client needs.

Support clients with financial reporting and technical accounting: prepare/review financial statements, implement new accounting standards (ASC 842/606/805), research and draft technical memos, assist SEC reporting, perform reconciliations/journal entries, optimize accounting processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions and manage project delivery.
