The Business Development Representative is responsible for generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and implementing strategies to increase ROI through done-for-you podcasts and content marketing. Present consultative demonstrations in-person and virtually, close deals with District Manager support, and maintain pipeline/activity tracking in Atlas and Salesforce. Spend majority of time in the field and develop long-term merchant relationships.

Leads Ferguson’s network security program, managing a team of up to six and overseeing firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, URL filtering, endpoint, cloud, and perimeter security. Develops strategic roadmaps, manages budgets and vendors, oversees solution design and deployments, supports major projects, and ensures operational documentation and training. The role also evaluates emerging technologies, partners with architecture and engineering teams, and provides cybersecurity domain expertise across Zero Trust, SASE, and network security.

Manage purchasing, order maintenance, delivery timelines, and post-sale customer communications. Provide proactive order updates, coordinate with customers and internal partners, process orders accurately, manage multiple priorities, and identify process improvements. The role requires strong communication, customer service, attention to detail, professionalism, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce or CRM experience is beneficial.
