Senior operator reporting to the CEO and overseeing business functions to scale the company. Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and accuracy are essential. Experience with video annotation, AI training, machine learning data preparation, or robotics is preferred.

Build foundational systems for AI models across data modalities, develop agentic systems and specialized models, and implement reinforcement learning and active inference solutions. The role involves hands-on architecture and product development, requiring Python backend expertise, cloud deployment knowledge, DevOps practices, and the ability to contribute across the technical stack in an early-stage startup.

Analyze large healthcare datasets, build and implement quantitative models, perform statistical analyses, ensure data accuracy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide actionable insights to improve healthcare delivery.

Own full-cycle enterprise sales across North America, from outbound prospecting and discovery through technical validation, negotiation, and closing. Build pipeline, land new enterprise customers, develop champions, and expand deployments. Engage engineering executives, collaborate with Field Engineering, Marketing, and Product, provide customer feedback, maintain accurate CRM data, and help develop the enterprise sales playbook for an emerging AI software development category.
