Leads Viz.ai’s strategic partnerships and ecosystem strategy, including sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and managing commercial and technology partnerships. Owns partnership pipelines, distribution, licensing, data-sharing, co-marketing, and potential M&A arrangements. Collaborates with Product, Clinical, Sales, Legal, and Finance to integrate and commercialize partnerships, track ecosystem performance, and advise executive leadership and the Board. Represents Viz.ai with external partners and helps drive growth across healthcare AI and life sciences markets.

Gather requirements, develop test plans, support customer success, resolve issues, and provide product feedback. The role requires strong security, networking, cloud, identity, and systems expertise, executive communication skills, and heavy regional travel.

Maintain, scale, and improve SaaS production platforms with a focus on automation, observability, disaster recovery, and 99.999% availability. Partner with leadership, accounting, investors, and department heads on capital allocation, reporting, fundraising, and business decisions. Build complex financial scenarios, analyze new products and partnerships, improve planning automation with Drivetrain, and translate financial insights into recommendations for executives and board members.

The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining software applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is expected, alongside optimizing existing systems.
