The Director of Customer & Consumer Insights leads the insights function to inform brand, growth, and product strategies through data-driven understanding, overseeing research initiatives and guiding cross-functional partnerships to align consumer insights with business impact.

Drive discovery through prototyping, user interviews, and experimentation; define APIs, matching logic, agentic workflows, and UI components that combine DNA insights with historical records; and deliver globally scalable, data-driven experiences that surface meaningful family connections.

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support for a remote workforce: troubleshoot hardware, macOS, software, identity and SaaS issues; manage onboarding/offboarding, user access (SSO/MFA), device provisioning, asset inventory, and SaaS administration; create documentation; support IT projects and process improvements to enhance employee experience and security.

Lead global engineering teams for S365 and SmartShopper, partner with Product and Architecture to deliver scalable cloud solutions, drive modernization and operational excellence, mentor managers and senior engineers, and establish engineering standards, roadmaps, and metrics to improve delivery, reliability, and performance.

Prepare and post customer invoices and payments, support collections and billing setup in NetSuite/SuiteProjects, handle customer and internal communications for billing issues, assist month-end AR close and reconciliations, support audits and external data requests, and identify process improvements to streamline accounts receivable operations.
