The Epic Radiant Applications Analyst manages IT resources, provides solutions to technical problems, designs system builds, and performs user support and documentation preparation.

Design, build, and optimize distributed query solutions using Starburst/Trino. Enable secure, governed data access across cloud and on-premises sources, implement data federation and query optimization, support IAM and governance in a federal environment, develop backend services and CI/CD, and troubleshoot performance in cloud-native systems.

Perform hands-on data cleansing, linking, validation, and standardization; monitor and report data quality metrics; identify recurring issues and recommend process or automation improvements; organize and streamline workflows; maintain documentation and data standards; test and provide feedback on tools and AI-assisted features; serve as a point of contact for data integrity questions.

Manage and grow strategic global customer relationships across purchasing, engineering, and supply chain. Generate qualified discovery meetings with ICP accounts (IT distributors, MSPs, telcos) through structured, multi-channel outbound prospecting, collaborate with Account Executives in a pod model, leverage CRM and AI-enabled tools, track KPIs and maintain accurate CRM records to drive pipeline and revenue growth.

Run end-to-end B2B growth programs to generate pipeline: design and execute outbound, events, partnerships, referrals, and lifecycle campaigns; build messaging libraries; manage partner and event playbooks; track performance and iterate weekly to improve meetings and pipeline conversion.

Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of existing clients through proactive renewals, pricing optimization, and share-of-wallet opportunities. Build strong client relationships, uncover needs, propose solutions, collaborate cross-functionally, maintain Salesforce records, and support revenue and retention goals. Travel may be required.

Serve as primary customer contact for onboarding, training, and workflow optimization of RapidAI products. Monitor usage data, design disease-specific workflows, present QBRs, drive renewals and upsell, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve clinical adoption and outcomes.

Lead and scale Assort's partner ecosystem: design partner strategy and operating models; source, structure, and close channel deals; manage integrations with product/engineering; run partner management, enablement, and co-marketing; generate pipeline and revenue; build scalable processes and reporting; and partner with the VP of Partnerships to grow the team and impact.
