Provides pre- and post-award grant and contract administration support: prepares and reviews proposals and budgets, develops NIH progress reports, monitors compliance, processes accounts/payments, and coordinates with investigators and campus offices.

Administers and improves the Computer Science department’s servers, workstations, storage, networking, operating systems, security, backups, and HPC infrastructure. Leads upgrades, migrations, infrastructure projects, monitoring, incident response, disaster recovery, and system documentation. Supports faculty, researchers, students, and staff; manages DNS, DHCP, authentication, access control, firewalls, and network services. Provides purchasing recommendations, technical consulting, endpoint and audiovisual support, mentoring, and on-call coverage.

Provides classroom and laboratory support for Computer Science courses. Oversees teaching assistants and graders, manages instructional platforms, coordinates course communications and logistics, grades assignments and exams, leads labs and discussions, prepares demonstrations and materials, supports student accommodations, and safely operates instructional equipment such as 3D printers and robots.

Provides comprehensive academic advising and personal support for MSCAPP students, maintains confidential student records, and connects students with resources. Supports admissions evaluation, prospective student meetings, campus visits, website and social media outreach, marketing materials, events, strategic planning, and university committees. The role also responds to faculty, staff, and parent inquiries while assisting with program growth and student success initiatives.
