Design, build, deploy, and operate Python-based full-stack and cloud-native services enabling agentic middleware and distributed workflows for scientific research. Collaborate with domain scientists, lead architecture and technical direction, ensure compliance, present results, and drive AI/ML and data infrastructure initiatives.

Supports college accounting and finance functions including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliation, payroll review, grant and procurement management, budget planning and forecasting, financial reporting and modeling, and system support for Oracle, Concur, Workday, and ServiceNow. Acts as primary procurement contact, assists stakeholders, and ensures policy compliance.

Provide HR operational support to BSD departments including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, student employment lifecycle, HR reporting via Workday, pay discrepancy investigations, visa/work-authorization coordination, employee relations assistance, and engagement activities. Owns administrative tasks, compliance tracking, and special projects while building relationships and resolving HR issues with discretion.

Co-lead a new 10-week AI safety replication program: select replication targets, mentor fellows, take technical ownership of replications, set publication standards, represent the program externally, and support fundraising and long-term planning. Work includes experimental design, review, writing, and coordination with XLab operations.

Design and produce print and digital collateral for ESA initiatives; maintain brand consistency; manage asset libraries; prepare press-ready files and coordinate vendors; support outreach strategy, project timelines, and stakeholder collaboration.

Manage research operations for the Inclusive Economy Lab: build and maintain knowledge management systems and onboarding, centralize research repositories, coordinate affiliate relations and speaker series, design and deliver internal evaluation and AI-use training, support project intake and selection, develop mixed-methods protocols, launch an academic conference, and ensure program quality and documentation standards.

Support the Chief Development Officer by translating strategic priorities into project plans, coordinating cross-functional workstreams, tracking milestones and risks, producing strategic briefings, facilitating meetings, and managing moves management and donor engagement activities to advance institutional fundraising goals during a major campaign.
