The Client Account Administrator coordinates client onboarding, manages dashboard administration, oversees setup documents, and aligns internal resources for project delivery.

Provide client support by resolving tickets, following up with internal/external stakeholders, and maintaining code. Translate mockups into XHTML/HTML using CSS and JavaScript, update and develop web code, and uphold web standards and usability. Collaborate in a fast-paced team environment and continuously expand technical knowledge.

Support and help manage enterprise dealer accounts as a client-facing point of contact. Monitor account performance, coordinate meetings and presentations, collaborate with internal teams and third-party agencies, provide product and industry recommendations, and ensure dealer satisfaction through proactive support.
