The role also mentors peers, improves processes, and supports strategic account and renewal planning.

Lead enterprise AI transformation programs with VP, Director, and C-suite stakeholders. Define transformation roadmaps, business cases, operating models, and change programs while directly scoping, designing, building, and deploying conversational AI agents. Guide cloud migration to NiCE CXone, orchestrate front- and back-office workflows, coordinate technical and business stakeholders, and translate strategic objectives into measurable outcomes across customer experience, operations, workforce augmentation, and compliance.

Manages SaaS customer contract renewals and negotiations, focusing on customer retention, revenue growth, pricing, multi-year extensions, and risk mitigation. Prepares financial reports, contracts, presentations, and renewal metrics; collaborates with account, technical, and finance teams; engages senior customer stakeholders; and uses Salesforce and Excel to track renewal performance.

Serve as AML subject-matter expert for Americas, drive AML sales strategy, grow pipeline and bookings, enable sales with value-based messaging, liaise with product and services teams, and support customers and partners.
