The Account Executive manages sales growth for beauty brands, develops retail relationships, leads a team, and drives strategic plans and events to enhance customer experience and increase sales.

Lead development and execution of education programs and retail events for Drybar, Curlsmith, and Hot Tools. Create training content, manage virtual and in-person learning platforms, coordinate logistics with key accounts and field teams, oversee sample distribution, track KPIs, and evaluate programs. Hire and train direct reports, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and ensure consistent brand messaging to drive sales and retailer activation.
