Leads strategic investment and market expansion analysis for healthcare technology products. Own and scale Bamboo Health’s deal desk function, including order-form intake, commercial-term negotiation, pricing and discount approvals, AI-assisted drafting and routing, Salesforce reporting, and cross-functional escalation management. Build templates, clause libraries, approval thresholds, SLAs, and scalable operating processes while ensuring accurate CRM data and visibility into deal-cycle performance. This senior individual contributor role will establish the function and may eventually build and lead a team.

Leads complex HL7 healthcare integrations across EHRs, hospitals, HIEs, and data partners. Manages technical implementations, testing, mappings, troubleshooting, production launches, risks, escalations, and Tier 1 technical accounts.
