Work is performed onsite at a U.S. Bank location at least three days weekly.

Manage distressed commercial credit relationships, including underwriting, reporting, risk management, workout, and loss mitigation strategies. Partner with relationship managers, credit officers, legal, loan operations, and senior leadership to maximize recoveries and minimize losses. Lead a team of portfolio managers through staffing, performance management, prioritization, guidance, and training. Handle complex special-assets relationships while applying expertise in commercial credit structures, loan documentation, collateral, compliance, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving.

Lead end-to-end, risk-based audits covering Capital Markets and broker-dealer activities. Plan and execute engagements, assess control design and operating effectiveness, review workpapers and reports, communicate findings to senior stakeholders, coordinate across three lines of defense, and supervise audit staff while supporting cross-functional initiatives and continuous monitoring.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for consumer checking products. Drive product discovery, design, development and delivery with cross-functional partners, define OKRs, analyze business data, manage product lifecycle, and coordinate program-level work and benchmarking to achieve customer and business outcomes.

Leads financial risk and strategy across Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities businesses. Partners with Treasury, Finance, senior management, and governance committees to optimize financial resources and support regulatory and strategic priorities.

Directs first-line financial risk oversight across FICC trading businesses, covering market, counterparty, and credit exposures, limits, concentrations, capital, and risk-adjusted returns. Partners with second-line risk teams and Finance, supports governance forums, analyzes P&L and capital, escalates risk issues, and contributes to FRTB, SA-CCR, CVA, regulatory transition, and broker-dealer integration initiatives.

Lead and complete audit engagements with minimal supervision: plan audits, identify/analyze risks and controls, supervise testing, document findings, draft issues and reports, and assist with wrap-up and coaching.
