Support Macro Rates Sales by designing and demonstrating derivative pricing, valuation, and hedging solutions. Prepare market presentations and RFP responses, coordinate credit/ISDA documentation and trade confirmations, assist client execution and idea generation, and back up senior sales team members.

Serve as an individual-contributor thought leader for bank-wide Impact Finance portfolio management. Identify emerging risks, set risk limits and policies, build portfolio construction and concentration strategies, develop reporting and scenario analyses, coordinate risk management projects, and present recommendations to leadership while partnering with business lines and CRM stakeholders.

Manage a remote contact center team handling prepaid customer inquiries. Oversee staffing, training, quality assurance, compliance, process improvements, performance tracking, and escalation resolution. Collaborate with leadership to implement policies, audits, and operational procedures to ensure efficient, high-quality telephone and written customer service.
