The role partners with engineering, infrastructure, operations, architecture, procurement, SRE, and vendors to improve service restoration, operational reliability, and reduce recurring incidents.

Serve as an FX Product Owner managing platform products and ecosystems. Define vision, maintain backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritize delivery, partner with Agile teams, analyze data, manage stakeholders, ensure regulatory and operational compliance across FX and payments flows.

Supports Treasury Management sales teams and complex corporate clients by analyzing customer needs, managing pricing requests, preparing RFP and proposal materials, maintaining sales pipelines, coordinating deal development, and identifying revenue and cross-selling opportunities. The role provides client support, assists with product sales and implementation preparation, participates in relationship reviews, and ensures compliance with banking, AML, information security, and suspicious activity reporting requirements.

Works with Private Wealth Advisors to onboard and deepen relationships with high/ultra-high net worth clients ($10M+). Provides estate, income tax, protection, business succession, philanthropic and trust/fiduciary planning expertise, coordinates with internal and external advisors, and drives business development within an assigned market.

Support Macro Rates Sales by designing and demonstrating derivative pricing, valuation, and hedging solutions. Prepare market presentations and RFP responses, coordinate credit/ISDA documentation and trade confirmations, assist client execution and idea generation, and back up senior sales team members.

Provide consultative banking solutions and relationship management for small businesses ($500K–$2.5M revenue). Perform outside prospecting and sales to meet targets, open and service accounts, collaborate with partners, and refer complex needs to Business Banking or other lines.

Supports presales and post-sale implementation of complex technical products and solutions. Conducts needs assessments, develops proposals, delivers demonstrations, addresses technical objections, and advises sales teams. Translates customer requirements for technology, operations, systems, and product teams to support integration. Installs or hands off solutions for implementation, maintains product and competitive knowledge, identifies sales opportunities, and may support trade shows.
