Provides front-line guidance to employees and managers on People policies, employment matters, and standard processes. Partners with People Operations to maintain accurate employee records and timely employment changes, supports onboarding and offboarding, and assists with low- to moderate-complexity employee relations matters. Identifies process improvements, translates policies into practical guidance, and helps strengthen the employee experience across the employee lifecycle.

Analyze support data, case reviews, quality trends, and customer feedback to identify recurring issues and process gaps. Lead workflow improvements, knowledge sharing, change management, and AI-enabled support enhancements while collaborating cross-functionally to improve customer and operational outcomes.

Lead GovRAMP/TX-RAMP authorization and continuous monitoring: author and maintain SSPs, map SOC 2/HIPAA to NIST controls, manage POA&M and ConMon deliverables, coordinate remediation and 3PAO interactions, and liaise with GovRAMP PMO and state authorizing officials across cross-functional teams.

Create B2B demand-generation content and manage integrated cross-channel campaigns (email, web, social, webinars, events, paid) to drive cross-sell/upsell pipeline. Own content calendars, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination with comms, product marketing, sales, and marketing ops to convert and nurture existing customers.

Research, qualify, and engage prospective healthcare clients via phone, email, HubSpot, and LinkedIn. Build tailored messaging and business cases, maintain Salesforce data, coordinate with cross-functional teams, support lead follow-up, and assist with conference logistics and meetings to drive pipeline growth.

Own the long-term vision, strategy, and performance of the Policy product line. Manage product lifecycle and roadmap, drive commercial outcomes and customer adoption, communicate vision to stakeholders, mitigate risks, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver on business objectives.

Lead customer success for North America customers, build and execute data-driven success plans, drive adoption and renewals, manage stakeholder relationships, mentor junior CSMs, and coordinate cross-functional engagement to maximize product value and customer satisfaction.

Lead strategic corporate healthcare accounts on the US West Coast, develop multi-year account strategies, drive upsell and expansion of RLDatix solutions, present to C-suite, manage complex sales cycles, and maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting.
