Leads corporate FP&A and serves as a principal strategic finance deputy to senior leadership. Owns enterprise strategy modeling, five-year planning, forecasting, capital allocation, performance reporting, scenario analysis, investor and board materials, and value-creation initiatives. Provides global leadership across a 25-person FP&A organization, partners with executive and functional leaders, supports M&A, and drives finance transformation, automation, analytics, and AI adoption. The role manages a four-person corporate FP&A team and is based in Chicago with two days per week onsite.

Own the end-user proposition, experience, positioning, and commercial strategy for RLD Intelligence. Translate unified data platform capabilities into intelligence products, benchmarking tools, AI-enabled interventions, and conversational AI experiences for healthcare users. Define persona-based experiences, packaging, and value propositions while partnering with product, technical, and business leaders to identify market opportunities and deliver measurable customer outcomes.

Develop and scale the Customer Success function by creating strategies, processes, and engagement models that improve customer adoption, retention, satisfaction, and account growth. Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, analyze customer health and usage data, collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Services, Product, and Operations, and mentor team members while establishing scalable best practices.

Own and improve FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, variance analysis, and performance reporting. Partner with senior leaders on resource planning, budget ownership, and financial insights. Build driver-based models for headcount, merit planning, vendor spend, scenarios, product profitability, and vendor allocation. Collaborate with People, Rewards, and Procurement teams while communicating financial recommendations to executives and improving finance processes.

Provides front-line guidance to employees and managers on People policies, employment matters, and standard processes. Partners with People Operations to maintain accurate employee records and timely employment changes, supports onboarding and offboarding, and assists with low- to moderate-complexity employee relations matters. Identifies process improvements, translates policies into practical guidance, and helps strengthen the employee experience across the employee lifecycle.

Deliver remote software administration support, client training, system health checks, knowledge-sharing content, and project-based consulting for healthcare clients. The role focuses on improving client satisfaction, software utilization, customer outcomes, and engagement with RLDatix products. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal instructional design teams, supporting change management, managing multiple projects, and helping clients maximize the value of RLDatix’s healthcare operations platform.

Develop and execute people strategies aligned with business priorities. Advise senior leaders on workforce planning, talent, succession, organizational design, engagement, and change management. Lead and coach People team members through complex employee relations matters, use people data to inform decisions, and identify AI, automation, and process improvements that support scalable operations and organizational effectiveness.

Research, qualify, and engage prospective healthcare clients via phone, email, HubSpot, and LinkedIn. Build tailored messaging and business cases, maintain Salesforce data, coordinate with cross-functional teams, support lead follow-up, and assist with conference logistics and meetings to drive pipeline growth.

Delivers technical customer implementations involving software installations, integrations, upgrades, application and database migrations, ETL, and data conversions. Develops and tests code modules, supports SQL Server and Windows/IIS environments, diagnoses technical issues, performs quality assurance, and applies AI-assisted automation. The role collaborates with customers and internal teams, documents solutions, supports project budgeting, and contributes to scalable service delivery components under established guidance.

Owns and strengthens the security posture of cloud-based SaaS and Microsoft 365 environments. Responsibilities include vulnerability management, incident response, cloud and endpoint hardening, identity and data protection, secure configuration, monitoring, compliance evidence, customer security reviews, and risk management aligned with HITRUST, HIPAA, NIST, and related frameworks.
