Manages front desk operations, welcomes students and visitors, answers calls, handles administrative paperwork, audits student files, prepares correspondence, coordinates background checks and drug testing, supports employee orientation, maintains records, manages bookstore inventory, and coordinates with Financial Aid on overdue Title IV payments.

Provide career coaching and job-search assistance to students and graduates, deliver employment workshops, build employer relationships, develop job pipelines, coordinate recruiting events, track graduate employment outcomes, and maintain accreditation-compliant records.
