Recruit and develop SI and ISV partners, establish SAP seller alignment, create enablement and co-marketing programs, design deal-registration and co-sell processes, manage partner-sourced pipeline handoffs, and report on KPIs including SALs, SQLs, and ARR. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and executive partnership leaders, along with travel to SAP and partner events.

Leads and scales a global presales engineering organization, developing talent, processes, demos, proofs of concept, and solution architectures. Integrates AI into presales workflows, positions SAP Order Management across ECC and S/4HANA, supports enterprise go-to-market and deal pursuits, informs product roadmaps through field feedback, defines presales KPIs, and partners with Sales, Product, Marketing, delivery, and customer success.
