The Operations Support Analyst will enhance merchant onboarding efficiency by managing workflows, configuring accounts, maintaining data integrity, and refining processes based on data-driven insights.

Work on-site with customer engineering teams to design and deploy integrations, build prototypes, debug live API/SDK/payment issues, own onboarding through go-live, analyze transaction data, and translate customer needs into product improvements.

Own end-to-end product design and front-end implementation: discovery, UX, high-fidelity UI, and production React components. Build and maintain the design system, prototype rapidly, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Operations to deliver intuitive fintech experiences.

Design, implement, and maintain high-throughput, reliable payment infrastructure, merchant APIs, and real-time settlement systems. Build scalable services, optimize performance, instrument observability, ship end-to-end features, and mentor engineers while collaborating with Product and Design.

Build and own Coinflow's accounting foundation: design month-end close, reconciliations, policies, controls, and select accounting systems. Prepare for external audit, ensure compliance, support budgeting/forecasting, and produce financial reports to guide leadership.

Lead revenue strategy and scale the sales organization through hypergrowth: set targets, implement scalable processes and CRM standards, align Revenue Operations and Solutions Engineering, and drive market and partnership expansion across fintech, banking, and crypto.

Lead full-cycle partnership sales across fintech, banking, and crypto: identify, secure, and manage strategic partners, build go-to-market strategies, develop pipeline, structure deals, and drive revenue growth.

Perform high-volume outbound cold calls to fintech, banking, and crypto prospects, qualify interest and fit, book meetings for BDRs, maintain CRM records, follow up via phone and email, and meet daily call and monthly meeting targets.

Design, build, and operate high-throughput, reliable payment processing systems, merchant APIs, and real-time settlement engines. Scale platform performance, optimize databases and service communication, instrument monitoring/alerting, ship end-to-end product features, and mentor engineers while contributing to architecture and engineering best practices.

Own Coinflow's ML layer: explore transaction and behavioral data, build production models and decisioning systems, establish ML/data practices, define core metrics, and partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations to embed intelligence into products and tooling.
