Partner with Moen Retail sales and product leaders to manage P&L, gross-to-net calculations (GAAP), forecasting, budgeting, commission and sales reporting. Provide financial analysis, variance explanations, strategic planning, and cross-functional support to drive profitable growth and process improvements. Prepare monthly/quarterly presentations and evaluate new business opportunities.

Manage and grow an assigned territory for the Moen brand by maintaining relationships with wholesalers, dealers, contractors and builders. Execute merchandising and promotional programs, provide customer service, attend trade shows, develop sales plans, and coordinate with regional and business development teams to meet sales goals.

Lead global sourcing for new product development across business units, ensuring supplier engagement, cost competitiveness, quality, and launch readiness. Drive stage-gate governance, supplier strategy, cross-functional integration, process improvements, and team development to scale supply solutions and mitigate risks throughout the product lifecycle.

Lead IT-Finance liaison for SAP financial systems: design, configuration, integrations, testing, training, and change management. Manage SAP implementations/migrations (ECC→S/4HANA), projects, vendors, and a hybrid team while ensuring SOX/compliance readiness and operational KPIs. Provide on-call support for system emergencies.

The Lead Analyst will lead revenue growth management analytics, collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Finance, and establish processes for pricing and promotions.

Support day-to-day customs and trade compliance: prepare and review import documentation, coordinate with brokers, classify products (HTS), maintain ERP customs data, track shipments, participate in audits, ensure CBP recordkeeping, and collaborate across teams.

Lead the design and deployment of scalable, automated cloud solutions, focusing on Microsoft Azure PaaS offerings, AI integration, and DevOps practices. Engage with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals and ensure security and governance compliance.
