Supports content planning, creator and brand collaborations, platform audits, event production, and occasional on-site filming. The role requires strong organization, writing, platform expertise, analytics skills, and coordination across multiple workflows.

Manage RYZE’s influencer gifting, seeding, creator database, and campaign logistics. Responsibilities include creator prospecting and outreach, product shipments, follow-up, content tracking, performance reporting, trend identification, paid campaign support, inventory coordination, and identifying creators for affiliate or paid tiers. The role requires strong TikTok and Instagram fluency, organization, communication, spreadsheet skills, and performance-focused initiative.

Own RYZE’s affiliate program on AspireIQ by recruiting and managing creators, setting commissions, processing payouts, monitoring revenue and conversions, ensuring FTC and brand compliance, detecting fraud, and optimizing the affiliate funnel through testing. Build a high-performing creator pipeline, communicate with affiliates, reconcile payouts with finance and operations, and identify creators for paid partnerships.
