Partner with Campbell's category and sales teams to analyze syndicated and retail data, develop recommendations across product, pricing, promotion and placement, maintain BI tools and dashboards, support category reviews and sales presentations, monitor KPIs, and build client and cross-functional relationships to drive retailer-specific execution.

Perform category analytics and insights to support sales and CPG category management using retailer POS and syndicated data (Circana/IRI/NielsenIQ). Build and manage a business development team, drive pipeline discipline and CRM usage, lead pursuit and RFP strategies, engage executive stakeholders, and represent the company at industry events to create scalable, profitable revenue streams.

Lead client relationships and serve as primary contact while supervising account teams to develop, present, and execute retail and omnichannel marketing programs. Manage creative process, budgets, timelines, and profitability; drive shopper and consumer initiatives; expand business and ensure contractual obligations are met.

Develop category-centric insights and recommendations using syndicated and shopper data. Manage client relationships, reporting, and category review processes; create sales presentations and measure performance against strategies.

Manage principals' business within assigned natural/organic retail accounts: achieve sales and merchandising goals, develop customer business plans, engage decision-makers, manage trade funds and budgets, ensure in-store presence, collaborate with retail teams, use technology for reporting, and complete special projects to drive sales growth.

Field sales role closing face-to-face sales within assigned territories. Train and support in-store personnel, build vendor and store relationships, expand brand presence via merchandising and new business development, gather competitive intelligence, complete call reports and administrative tasks, and escalate store-level issues as needed.
