Leads the design, development, and delivery of training for a unified commercial workflow and business intelligence platform. Creates instructor-led and digital learning materials, facilitates training, supports user readiness and change management, and drives adoption across sales, analytics, category, and leadership teams. Trains users to interpret AI-generated insights, evaluate recommendations, analyze commercial data, and make business decisions. Manages concurrent projects, evaluates training effectiveness, develops stakeholder relationships, and provides strategic recommendations across pricing, promotion, product, and placement.

Regular regional travel and evening or weekend selling periods are required.
