Leads configuration, optimization, testing, deployment, and support for Workday Recruiting, Onboarding, and Talent Management. The role requires hands-on coding, independent execution, technical leadership, and production support.

Leads Mosaic Health’s enterprise Total Rewards strategy across compensation, benefits, executive rewards, incentives, governance, and analytics. Advises senior executives, oversees compensation planning, benefits optimization, rewards harmonization, M&A integration, and technology-enabled process improvements. Integrates Compensation and Benefits teams, establishes scalable governance and operating practices, and strengthens market benchmarking, job architecture, executive compensation, and employee experience.

Processes standard and non-standard payroll runs, including timekeeping, deductions, garnishments, and off-cycle payments. Performs payroll reconciliations and audits, maintains employee payroll records, resolves employee inquiries, and supports quarterly and year-end tax compliance activities such as filings and W-2 preparation. Also documents payroll process improvements and supports workflow controls.

Serve as a strategic advisor and operational partner to the CEO, driving executive operating cadence, cross-functional strategy execution, transformation initiatives, and executive communications. Lead enterprise initiatives, develop executive materials and dashboards, remove execution barriers, and implement AI-enabled workflows to increase CEO leverage and organizational alignment.
