Lead internal communications strategy and execution across newsletters, email, video, intranet and SharePoint. Build Power Platform dashboards, align messaging with leadership and external communications, improve workflows, KPIs, and staff engagement while managing cross-department collaboration and internal website maintenance.

Develop and execute social media strategy and campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and TikTok. Create, edit, and schedule multimedia content; manage content calendar; monitor analytics and report performance; collaborate with communications teams to maintain brand voice and innovate around trends to boost engagement.

Coordinate and manage the Investor Education Program: develop live and virtual presentation content, outreach to community organizations, present statewide, compile program statistics, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, prepare confidential memoranda and reports, and handle administrative duties supporting the Deputy Director.
